Payment methods

The purchase price for each item of clothing is that displayed on www.carlaboutique.ro and is the price per piece. The currency in which the price is displayed is in LEI and includes the value added tax that is required by law.

• Online - Full payment by bank card

• Refund - Payment is made to the courier

Payment can be made online with your personal or company card, in complete security. The payment will be processed through the NETOPIA Payments payment system which provides a secure environment for conducting transactions. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA and MASTERCARD logos. Payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that provides privacy, security and simplicity in purchasing products and services over the Internet. Card data processing is done exclusively through the bank, our store does not request or store any details related to your card.

Lack of payment confirmation by NETOPIA Payments, within 2 days of placing the order, will result in the cancellation of the order.

In the case of electronic payments, CARLA BOUTIQUE will not/cannot be held responsible for any additional cost incurred by the buyer, including but not limited to limited to: bank or any other fees, differences from currency conversions, etc.

Delivery

Products are delivered within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If we are unable to deliver within the 30-day delivery time, we will notify you by email. You may choose to extend the delivery period by a further 30 days or cancel your order by email or letter.

            If we do not receive any response from you within 3 working days of the date of our notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the extension of the delivery period, which does not limit your right to cancel or withdraw command. If we cannot make the delivery even within the extended delivery time, we will inform you by e-mail and, to the extent permitted by law, we will agree with you the delivery time, if applicable.

            Products will be delivered via a carrier selected by us to the address you have provided us for delivery. We do not assume responsibility for cases where the address is communicated incorrectly or incompletely.

          NATIONAL DELIVERIES

            For national deliveries, shipping is done through the following fast courier companies: Fan Courier, DPD, Cargus, Sameday, Gls 

            The products in stock are delivered in 1-3 days after placing the order.

            Mentions regarding possible problems regarding the integrity/content of some parcels are made at the time of delivery on AWB or a statement of findings is drawn up. Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects are void.

           

            INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

            For international deliveries, shipping is done through the following courier companies: DPD, EMS, DHL.

          The delivery time for a product in any country is 4-7 working days.
